About a month ago I had laser surgery on both eyes to correct my vision up close and far away.
I can't tell you how satisfied I am with the results!It is so easy to pick up a book or newspaper and just start reading without fumbling around for a pair of glasses. Right now typing this letter on the computer is an achievement without the use of my glasses. I can remember turning 40 and my eyesight deteriorated quickly forcing me to spend thousand of dollars on prescription bifocals, reading glasses, and contacts--nothing ever felt right on my eyes.
I will be 48 next year and my eyesight is just as good as it was before I turned 40 years old.

Once in a while someone touches a life and causes a great change to occur in that life. I can't help but feel that way about my recent experience with you and your organization. Because of the perfect sight that you and Dr. Lare patiently worked so hard to obtain for me, what with all the conflicting readings with my overcorrected eye ware and my astigmatism as well as my nearsightedness my life has definitely changed.
No longer do I see the world through a glass darkly (Nothing wrong with a little prose) but it is spring and the colors and clarity is nothing short of awesome. Dear Dr. Lewis,

I feel the need to thank you for my new vision in my right eye. Hopefully and confidently I expect to enjoy many more surprises after my left eye surgery. I can see things I haven’t seen well in recent years, even with my glasses – clear clock numbers across the room, beads of water on the shower wall, dirt and dust in places I readily ignored, reading books without eye strain and easier threading of my sewing seedless, to name a few.

But there was a shocking down side after my first reflection from my mirror. I found a much older looking me than I previously knew, with more gray in my hair than I realized, and very tired looking eyes surrounded by more and deeper wrinkles than before. Now I must come to grips with the fact that I am 83 years old in spite of how great I feel.

But my gratitude remains as I accept my “new – old” look. God bless your with continued special talents to help others see better.

There are no words to describe how great you and your staff are. I called on Monday and they got me in for a quick check on Tue. I definitely chose the right place to have my surgery done. Again thank you so much for the support and the caring. I am very optimistic and will be as patient as needs to be for a great outcome.

How easy it would be for me to say that I haven't had the time to properly thank you for all of your help. I could even feign amnesia or pretend that I haven't been taking my Ginko Biloba. But none of that is true. I don't know why I haven't thanked you before now, but I hope to correct that situation right here.

You have been my port in the storm. From the very beginning I knew that I could count on you to answer all of my questions and allay all of my fears. You were there to hold my hand through everything. Even now, almost 6 months after my surgery, you are still there when I need help.
Thank you so much for being a wonderful person. It shows how much you love what you do, and how much you love helping people. I hope you know how much I appreciate and love you for everything you have done to help me. I don't think there are enough words in the dictionary to express my thanks. But I hope that in some small way I have been able to convey to you how I feel.

Dear Dr Lewis,
I just don't know quite how to say thank you to someone who has just restored my eyesight.
Saying thank you seems somewhat "inadequate".
Today I realized how bright I can see colors, and how clear everything appears. It's like a whole new world has been opened up to me, thanks to your surgical skills.

I never doubled your ability or skills for a moment I just want you to know I realized you are "super intelligent" and have worked hard to achieve your skills. How fortunate for me to be on the receiving end of what you do best!

It is absolutely incredible to think I had surgery less than a week ago. There is absolutely no discomfort and no telltale signs. It just wipes me out, thinking about how you cans accomplish such a maneuver

I appreciate your words of encouragement and patience with me. Both you and Barry were very supportive and kind.
Barry and you are a great team! It's very easy for me to "market and sell" your skills when I'm being treated by two of the Delaware Valley's greatest Doctors.
